A Live EP to accompany a short film made with Wearside based Film-maker and Photographer Andy Martin at the soon-to-be demolished Art College building of Ashburne House, Backhouse Park, Sunderland.

"Walking Forwards, Going Backwards" pays tribute to the increasingly marginalised creative outlets in Sunderland, a city which seems to get left behind and forgotten about whilst plagued with apathy making it a true creative underdog.

It’s a home town in which we must try to see the best in despite its shortcomings and association with Brexit and right wing politics. My mam used to say to me, if you put down where you’re from you’re putting yourself down.

This EP and short film goes some way to addressing and correcting that.
